    No, you don’t get collegian from bone broth bozo. Collegian is broken down into amino acids, in order to be absorbed by us. It is not magically reconstituted on the other side. Just doesn’t work that way. You best do your homework 📄 young man.

    I also find chicken is terrible for me - and the skin of chicken is super high in histamine and now I think that I really shouldn't be eating chicken eggs either! Makes sense that if chicken triggers you to cut out the eggs too! One day I will test to see if I can eat duck??

    Hey I so needed to be reminded of these things bro! Thank you so much - I am having so many problems with my carnivore journey due to HISTAMINE intolerance. Had forgotten how bad pork can be and esp smoked and cured and high heat treated browned meats are for this. No frying /browning of my meats for a while and pork is back out the window....😔

    I've discovered my histamine 2 years ago at my dermatologist. This can be triggered by other diseases or can be genetically like my case . First one can be cured but genetically unfortunately not. Now I know why I didn't eat vegetables as kid they made me sick 🥴 I don't take histamine blockers because they don't help and avoiding foods is only option. Ppl with this need to adapt they're diet. What is working for me perhaps doesn't work for you.For ex I can eat 🍤 but other's can't . I can't tolerate bacon , ground meat, egg whites, all veggies and fruits , smoked meats sausage processed foods some fish , pork rinds, leftovers, cheese, kefir, yoghurt, and list is loooong.... What my doc also mentioned is very catchy this disease because you don't realise what exactly triggers your symptoms because it depends on histamine levels accumulate during the day. If you eat something for breakfast with high levels and have nothing but afternoon eating something low histamine and triggers you think because of that but all together made this and triggered. A bad example sad also if you eat today a slice of pizza and have nothing ohh cool I can eat pizza but eating next day a slice of pizza not leftovers but fresh slice and eat simple like the other day without problem,no it can really trigger next day the same food . I think you understand the point. This disease is like a mask with 1000 faces . In one day you can have skin Problem other with breathing.... Symptoms can include also headaches, skin , breathing problems, stomach burns, nausea, diarrhea or constipation, eyes irritation, chest pains, panic attack, and unfortunately many more . What helps keeping under control for me is eating simple like steak or chicken or yolk ...etc and when I have symptoms I will fast . Usually fasting helps to let the body remove all histamine . Fasting untill next day or at least 12 hours. Alot of ppl have this but doesn't know and are not so many information particularly and exactly about histamine intolerance. Usually comes at package with other allergies too . I have to TBHQ allergy and intolerance at glucose also . All in one body 🥴🥴

    Hello Kurt, I'm interested in your updated labs mate, I was previously carnivore, and was thriving until I got the same symptoms as Saladino too. High SHBG equalling low free t, elevated iron levels, and low t symptoms. I've been donating blood x2 a year, added some carbs back and adapted my training intensity. I haven't tested since, but all negative symptoms have now subsided. Have a great one, Paul

    I don't believe histamine is an issue in boiling, slow cooking, or pressure cooking. Doing some research it is frying or grilling. See link below. Also, never give a dog cooked bones, they splinter and get stuck in their intestines for an expensive vet bill! www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5705351/

      I know lots of men 5-7 years younger than me that have gone on TRT due to measuring very low levels, I would need more than 1 hand to specifically name just the ones top of mind. T fluctuates, my natural levels when I'm not on keto for months are typically in the 700-900 range, so I'm good and I'll be 40 this week.

    • @kurtyaz
      @kurtyaz 2 місяці тому

    • @kurtyaz
      @kurtyaz 2 місяці тому

    @shush97 2 місяці тому

    Your hair looks good. So you don't plan on taking finasteride at all? I Would love to see an update maybe 6 months from now to see what your hair looks like without taking fin. I had a hair transplant 2 years ago, and was on finasteride as advised, but stopped taking it in June last year. I am afraid to say that the non-transplanted hair has started thinning out... Though im not 100 percent sure... Im about 70 percent sure by just feeling my hair and taking close up pics

    • @kurtyaz
      @kurtyaz 2 місяці тому

      I would introduce the microneedling and every 10-14 days, perhaps incorporate massaging techniques every 2-3 days if you're really concerned. The loss in libido and drive from lowering your DHT definitely is NOT worth the trade-off of taking oral finasteride and blunting hair loss. In my opinion testosterone alterations are very big and major in impacting you negatively when you do that.

    • @shush97

    • @kurtyaz
      @kurtyaz 2 місяці тому

      If you're tired you're going to fall "asleep" it's more about supressing melatonin production so you're sleep doesn't go into the deep stage and start producing testosterone. There's many stages of sleep/wakefulness, but quality sleep needs to take you into the deeper stages to really rebuild and recover..
